7.62mm AKM (WBP AK-47 ) assault rifle

Brand new Polish WBP AKM rifles are the most authentic representatives of the history of Soviet small arms manufacturing. Developed in the early 60s on the basis of AK47 (milled receiver), WBP AKM has a much lighter stamped receiver, a bolt carrier fully machined from hammer forged steel and oversized magazine release and selector switch to enhance ease of use. The more traditional version comes with laminated wooden stock set (PLY-WOOD) in light birch, which can be replaced with Soviet-style laminated RED furniture on order. The tactical version comes with black polymer hand guards with Picatinny rails and polymer butt stock. Bayonet lug allows the installation of Type2 bayonet to add authenticity, while its 14mm CCW barrel thread features an angled AKM compensator, which can be replaced with other muzzle devices including the authentic PBS-1 sound surpressor. The barrel is made by cold forging and is chrome plated, which guarantees long service life and exceptional accuracy and it comes with 2-years manufacturer's warrwny. In accordance with the UK law requirements, WBP AKM rifles were manufactured as straight-pull (single-shot) rifles. Our package includes TWO transparent polymer magazines of your choice (10 or 30 round) and manuals in English. Recommended optional accessories include authentic AKM canvas sling, dropcase, POSP telescopic sights, BP-02 Picatinny scope mounts (to allow the installation of your own scope on the side rail riverted to the left side of the receiver), spare magazines (inc steel 10-r, 20-r, 30-r, 40-r & 75-r drum) and authentic military PBS-1 sound suppressors
